The Communications Manager will be responsible for owning and managing the Global communications calendar, internal and external communications, ensuring all departments who are wanting to reach the Dockers community have a clear understanding of when to deliver them, ensuring the Dockers team is not overloaded with communication and keeps focused on key, timely messages.The Dockers Global Communications Manager will work closely with the Levi Strauss & Co. Corporate Communications and HR Communications team in doing so. In addition, the Communications Manager will use relevant communication KPI's to assess how and where engagement is taking place and using these KPIs' create targets to share on future communication impact as well as provide advice and support to the Dockers Leaders on creating the right communication to deliver their local key messages to their business at the right time, in the right format & in an engaging manner.About the Job<ul><li>Establish a Global Communication calendar (including Town Halls and managing Town Hall agendas and facilitation) that will enable effective planning ensuring Company messages drive performance as well as protect the teams from over communication, using the full spectrum of media</li><li>Develop, cascade & maintain an internal process for global communication priorities and ensure the effective delivery of communication messages, balancing the relevant information for the business in line with priorities</li><li>Create, track & publish communication KPI's targets for the different types of communications (Social, business, key messages)</li><li>Define and develop capability needs in dedicated areas of comm's</li><li>Lead by example on effective, professional communications, respecting deadlines & re-enforcing time Management (urgent / important) process</li><li>Manage all assets (training / communications / operations) ensuring users can search & find needed materials easily</li><li>Create report outs highlighting to Dockers Leaders their Teams engagement & compliance of key Comm's that are actionable to improve where needed</li><li>Liaise with Dockers Leaders +1's to ensure success in the execution of all comm's, working in conjunction with regional leads to ensure consistent adoption of initiatives and communications are being respected & actioned</li><li>Continuously evaluate communication channels & their effectiveness and recommend continued improvements.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of all Dockers communication content and delivery</li><li>Provide best practices and participate where functional expertise allows in meetings</li><li>Where appropriate partner with Corporate Communications and HR Communications team to ensure that Dockers Global team receive relevant company communications</li></ul>About You<ul><li>5+ years of experience in corporate communications or media industry experience</li><li>Capable of managing digital channels</li><li>Excellent writer and copyeditor</li><li>Creative storytelling, including writing, infographics, and video</li><li>Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or related field</li><li>Experience collaborating with IT teams and agencies to define modern, highly engaging digital experiences</li><li>Experience working across employee communications apps and platforms</li><li>A big-picture' thinker providing strategic and tactical guidance to teammates and cross-functional business partners</li><li>Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for teamwork and accomplishing shared goals</li></ul>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
