Position Title: Associate Operations Coordinator

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Hybrid (2 weeks onsite training, then 1 day/month onsite)

Pay Range: $19.50/hour

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, build and assign loads, and schedule appointments.
• Track and trace shipments, input events, and generate invoices.
• Monitor task boards and email accounts, responding promptly to customer and carrier inquiries.
• Document events following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure load data accuracy and adhere to company and customer standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams (internal systems training provided).
• Comfortable handling 90% email-based tasks and 10% phone escalations.
• Ability to pass a background check (education and employment verification).

Work Schedule:
This role offers multiple flexible shift options to accommodate various schedules. Shifts may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours, with some shifts running from 4 PM to 12 AM or 8 AM to 5 PM. During the initial 2-week training period, the schedule will be Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 12 AM. After training, the position transitions to a hybrid model, requiring one day per month onsite.
