Lead Windows Systems Admin (Active Top Secret cleared)

You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
Work You'll Do
Lead the design, support, and optimization of Windows-based systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include:
- Administering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
- Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software
- Troubleshooting system issues and applying patches/updates
- Implementing backup and recovery strategies
- Monitoring performance and automating tasks via PowerShell
- Supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining system documentation

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Windows systems administration experience
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Advanced skills in: Active Directory (AD), Windows AD, Windows Administration, Patch Management, Team Leadership
- Hands-on experience with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; IIS 10, FIM 2010, MIM 2016; WSUS, SCOM
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations: Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg
- Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
Preferred:
- Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CASP+, CISSP
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience collaborating with project managers, developers, and end users
