About this team

The Global Sports Marketing team is responsible for the creation and execution of the Global Sports Marketing strategy in parallel with brand imperatives, which is comprised of athletes, city, and store ambassador programs. We work highly cross-functional with regional teams and business partners to help solidify lululemon's position as a leader in the sports marketing space and drive overall brand awareness and consideration.

A day in the life:

  • You work with the Sr. Director, Global Sports Marketing to bring signature athlete relationships to life through brand campaigns, internal and external events, PR, product, social impact and social media.
  • You gather data and report on success wins and opportunities for signature athletes to cross-functional partners and leadership
  • You track and allocate all contractual deliverables based on business needs both global and regional
  • You create internal schedules and critical paths including all cross-functional and external partners to ensure all projects remain on track.
  • You manage all scheduling, travel, and logistics for signature athletes.

Qualifications:

  • 10years of sports marketing experience, athlete management, and brand partnerships.
  • Strong operational and project management skillsets
  • Strong network in the sports industries with a deep understanding of sports marketing globally
  • Strong ability to influence & collaborate with team members along with theability to seamlessly navigate highly cross functional work
  • DeepUnderstanding of legalese and contract negotiations
  • Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills and has the ability manage dynamic, fast-paced projects effectively.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $130,800 to $140,000 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and , subject to program eligibility requirements.
